I'm new to bike packing, but a long time backpacker. I bought a dirt cheap bike from the 1980s off market place. Best part is it has these friction shifters at the knees. Gradually I'm transforming my bike into a touring bike, I figured it would be a great way to experience nsw Australia while im here on the holiday visa.
My favorite part of hobbies like these are the customization and diy potential.
