The Prom Classic 10K is the first major 10K of the year and it’s held on the Promenade des Anglais on the seafront in Nice, in the South of France. Ever since I did the Geneva 10K in 2023, I’ve been hooked on overseas races and if you get the chance to do one – seize it, because you’ll really enjoy it and you can build in a few days either side if time and money allow. This was my 2nd year at the Prom Classic and again, the weather didn’t disappoint. Perfect running conditions and a fantastic atmosphere. What’s not to like?

  1. Well done Andy 🏅 That was well earned and a sub 60 is definitely an achievement given your injury woes. Hopefully we can start 2025 as we mean to go on and we can see some good times this year all round 🤞

  2. Brilliant video Andy, I've been looking forward to this one. Congrats on the time, nothing better than finishing a race and being happy with your time 🎉

  3. Brilliant video Andy, well done pushing through and getting under 60. Not sure I'd manage that on 5k a week so it's quite an achievement. Thanks for bringing us all along to see it. ps I've still to watch the shakedown video haha, I'm slacking this week,.

  4. Andy! Andy! Andy! Woooo! 🥳

I didn't know performance condition went down to -15 😅 You did well to start in that condition mate. Well done. Looks like a really lovely place with a great atmosphere.

  5. Congratulations, Andy, a full minute under your one-hour target time is fantastic, even more so with the limited training. Scenic course and amazing vibe. Thanks for the shout-out! Let's go, guys!
