Belgium is the place for cyclo-cross. ‘Cross is the national sport, with races drawing tens of thousands of spectators and the riders being household names.

Matt jumped right in at the deep end, taking on the race course in Niel, Belgium, speaking to Sven Nys (arguably the greatest ‘cross rider of all time) and getting pro tips from up-and-coming star Tom Meeusen.

  1. Often see people asking about the instrumentals you use as beds, but this is the first real time I've liked one enough to want to source it; trouble is Toydrum – Flowers (on the outro @ 3:44) is a bugger to search for, as you can imagine the results… (And yes, I'm aware there's a link to it on iTunes, but that's not what I'm after and I don't use iTunes anyway.)

…Gave it another go as I'm a persistent sod who believes in hardwork for true crate digging:

…And on reading their lengthy blurb on their FB about page, it's now obvious why I liked them given their musical careers and the people they've worked with…
