Jono also shares stories of riding the infamous Red Bull Hardline course with moto enduro legend Jonny Walker, growing up with his brother Matt Jones, and how the two rediscovered their passion for riding together after years apart. Also biking in the cold, rain, mud, any weather pretty much all year also boost the skill level in UK riders.. in America if it rains most places shuts down till it dries up lol
Welsh and Scots have quicker access to bigger hills for sure, the average English man has to travel a bit further afield – however Englaland has way less fully functioning bikeparks than it actually should, compared to Wales! With wayy more land mass, not enough investment is being released to help with infrastructure and young blood interest! Ski resorts will be become all-year bike parks eventually
Same is why racing drivers are good. Lap after lap of brands hatch. Knockhill. Etc.. and not i dunno spa and lots of straights
And to look at the Scottish lads and lasses. It's amazing how good the Scottish are.
