I had my steerer tube cut 10 mm, as I was removing a 10 mm spacer. The upper bolt of the stem is at the same height or maybe a mm above the steerer tube. As I remember, the original setting from the factory(before cutting, with extra spacer) looked pretty low to me at the time, but I didn’t checked the bolt height then. Is the bolt sitting to high?
