Why would Kirstie be surprised that the pub next door would be a deal breaker when this couple has children?
For the 1st couple with Phil, none of the other houses they saw could beat property 1 even though they were all cheaper. Property one was clean, spacious, bright, airy, with 3 good sized bedrooms and a beautifully updated bathroom and kitchen with a dishwasher and room for expansion then a driveway and side entrance to the big spacious south facing garden with a storage shed. The other properties didn't even come close. As for the 2nd couple, the 1st house was also the best out of all they saw even though they didn't like the upstairs. Compared to the others, that house was actually spacious with lots of potential and still below budget and was ready to move into. The complain about a lack of character and putting it back in was kinda funny.

Is be very curious to know why Posy wakes up so many times and how long, and what helps to get her back to sleep. 30 wakings in 8 hours would be an average of waking up every 16 minutes. If it takes her, say, 5 minutes to fall back asleep, she's not getting much sleep. And if her mom has to wake up and come from another room to help her fall back to sleep, she might be only sleeping for, like, 5 minutes at a time, which doesn't when give her mom time to stumble back to bed and even try to fall asleep. Would it help if she slept on the chest if someone she loved and trusted (like her grandma or grandad – they could, maybe, spend their day sleeping)?
I think Ben should have his own show—what a engaging charmer! 😊
Kirstis second house was gorgeous, I would have bought it immediately. But I have no children, and the concern with drunk people is very very valid.

I don't think you should be so hard on yourself. Just recently I was watching a daytime talk show and this woman and her cousin inherited her grandmother's bag closet. She said her grandmother had four bag closets. One for each season and they were all replica bags purchased from kislux .
Am always amazed that young couples on these programs ,who expect to have children would consider having a bedroom on a different level to the children. Thankfully some have sense
