I’ve got a Brother Big Bro rigid mtb that’s slightly small for me with flat bars (size medium). I’m considering a drop bar conversion to keep things fresh as I’ve had it a few years now. It’s currently equipped with a SRAM GX Eagle 12-speed drivetrain and Shimano XT hydro brakes.
What will I need to buy to make the conversion work? Obviously brifters and drop bars at a minimum but will the rest of the drivetrain play nice? What sort of brifters are recommended?
