  1. Now this one is a regular route of mine, but I add the Oakmere way to Delamere Station for sustenance before heading back home. Thanks for educating me on the features I pass. Have a great 2025 Kieran.

  2. Found your channel last year, think I've watched every one…at least once.
Thanks for all your efforts…all the best to you and yours…hope 2025 is a good year for you.

  3. Walking through St Helens church last week I noticed someone talking to himself, now I know what it was about. It's one way of getting a new subscriber I suppose. The viaduct is indeed about 900m and here's some further useless stats about it. Starting at the Northwich side there's 15 spans from the park to the River Dane. 1 span over the Dane, 6 spans from the Dane to London Rd, 1 skewed arch over London Rd and then 13 spans from London Rd to the Weaver. Looking over your left shoulder you can see the 2 bridges and 1 skewed arch over the River Weaver and the Weaver Navigation, after that there's a further 12 spans to take you to Greenbank. Local legend has it that you can never count the same amount of spans twice! (OK I just made that last bit up) Happy New Year and I'll keep a look out for further bimbles.

  4. Happy New Year, Keiran. You've clearly taken over the BBC's role to Inform, Educate and Entertain; your channel is a fountain of information and laughs. I smiled all the way to the end following the section at 05:55 … fun with a Border Collie.
    Cheers👍🏼

  5. Happy New Year, Kieran. Chapeau, for going out in this dreary weather, it looks like the rain got you at the end. Another great Bimble along some of my favourite paths and roads. I keep hoping I'll bump into you when we're both out and about. I'm going to walk down to see the hole in the Bridgwater Canal today.

  6. Hi Bimblism found you by accident . Cuddington & Whitegate way close to my heart from childhood in the 60/70's can't believe the change we used to call it the old railway track & used to train the horses on it .I now walk the weaver regularly . Look forward to the next vid . All the best for 2025.

  7. Well for my first Bimble this was my neck of the woods. I knew Robert Westall as he taught at Sir John Deanes college. In fact I owe him a lot as he believed in me, having not many qualifications from school, to let me in and further my education. A real philanthropist and jolly decent bloke to know. Sad he died so young as did his son. You have inspired me to venture along to Cuddington via Whitegate on my bike as I haven’t done that. Cheers.

  8. Always used to have a Christmas ride into Delamere and onto the Sandstone trail from Whitegate Station, I'm not so fit these days so a Bimble is my limit

  9. Happy new bimbling year, and thanks for this classic! Miles of shared path use with the drama left to the man-made beauty of old industrial and transport infrastructure, and that voice and guitar. What a treat.

  10. Great video, we saw you on your Bimble under the bridge setting up your camera and my family is on the video as you pass us near the blue bridge😂 New subscriber here on my personal account, keep up the fine work!🙌
