  1. Thank you for this! I've developed this issue. It's really bad in the afternoon after being on my feet for 5 hours. I use swim sandals in my home to walk around in as we have a tiled floor. not any more! I will begin these exercise straight away.

  2. 4 things help me. One, stop eating sugary processed food because it causes tight inflammation and pain. Two, check my shoes regularly and replace them when worn down because thet cant support my feet if flattened into hardness. Three, do exercises to releave the tension in my legs and hips. 4. Flat feet? Ive had 2 years with PF out of 54 years on flat feet. But, yes, i needed to walk on my whole feet not pound my heels.

  3. On athlene x they recommended that if you're stretching your left leg you move your right leg slightly across your body and roll your foot slightly to the outside. Does this sound like good advice? I will say it really gives me the feeling of a good stretch when the straight train tracks approach doesn't.

  4. Thanks Will. Folks really?

We all know we can choose to watch a video or not to watch.

No matter what suggestions they provide it’s their suggestion and they make videos our benefit.

Seriously if you decide some things aren’t for you turn it off.

We’re lucky these days we have so much free advice online that we didn’t have access to not too long ago.

Will clearly explains try what feels right for you.

I’m in Australia and don’t know these people but I’m very grateful they give us some options.

  5. I’m 2 years with this condition and feel defeated. I’ve tried all the most touted products and therapies and now feel like nothings going to work so why bother. I have good days and bad days but it’s always there. I haven’t done the shots or surgery. I’ve found that for every thing that’s worked for someone there are others that will say it didn’t help or made it worked. So I’m left not want to bother trying anything else. I don’t know what’s going to help me but I’m tired of this sh*t honestly.

  6. It's not just in the heels, it starts there. My arch pain was worse than heel,I have extremely high arches, tried absolutely everything, 3 years later, I still have it, but not as bad now.
I have stretched stretch stretched……….calves, hamstring, glutes, even feet………strenghtening feet, calves bla bla bla……yeah…..and spent a fortune on physiotherapist, footwear gadgets bla bla bla
There's nothing new in these excercises you give. …….same useless excercises everyone else on YouTube gives.

  7. My plantar fasciitis unexpectedly went away when I bought an electric bike (and rode it of course). I guess it has to do with the action of peddling.

  8. Not everyone works in front of a computer, some of us have to walk all day carrying heavy things doing deliveries, then back to the factory to load trucks, exhausted at the end of the day.
