This week we are back in South Wales, Swansea or more precisely the old Victorian seaside town of Mumbles with its promenade, Ice cream parlours, Sail boats, penny slots and well preserved Victorian Pier.

We take a look at the famous Oystermouth Castle, explore the residential areas, enjoy the amazing views of Swansea Bay, take a short, sharp uphill challenge and tell some stories from days gone by.
