Bonjour, I loved learning that you should eat the vegetables first before the protein and carbs. I always used to eat the protein first then followed by carbs and lastly veggies. So I'm going to switch this order around. Thank you! Please continue to do more videos of wellness checks in addition to fashion.

This only works if you don't mind having a savory breakfast. If you have a sweeth
tooth in the morning and love fruits like me it would be torture and it would most likely make you grumpy for the whole day. I love eating flavoured yoghurt(sugar free, but flavoured with artificial sweetners😅), oats and tons of fruits, sugar free jam, even dry fruits if I'm feeling extra 😂 I have savory meal as well, but breakfast has to be sweet or else I'm a nightmare to be around 😋
