confirmation bias? i hope not. i love overhead triceps extensions and RDLs! do you also believe that lengthening the stretch is important for strength progression for any exercise?

I am 69 and recently started including resistance bands in my exercise routines, but they are not as intuitive as I thought they might be. Can you recommend some routines. Thanks. Love the channel, very informative.
Why does it take 13 minutes to show us the 3 exercises lol
An alternative to the Dumbell Side Bend as shown, is to use only one weight and do reps to that side, then switch sides. This eliminates the counter balance effect. But I don't know whether it is of much benefit. When I did this, it seemed to cause more issues with my low back and therefore I stopped doing it. Another alternative for the triceps is the pushdowns, but you need an apparatus to do that. I do and have done that exercise and it seems to be very effective in growing the triceps. Perhaps because when the muscle is stretched, it is fully loaded with the weight. The good morning is a low back killer and I would avoid it.

Is the alternative exercise to kick back recommended for arm/s that have had Lymph Nodes removed?

Over 50 is a massive range. As much difference between 50 and 85 as between 20 and 55.
