  2. people who make too much money on youtube always start making poor content to simply make more money – most of what is said here is 100% wrong and inaccurate………. the guy thinks he knows it all now

  3. I am 69 and recently started including resistance bands in my exercise routines, but they are not as intuitive as I thought they might be. Can you recommend some routines. Thanks. Love the channel, very informative.

  4. An alternative to the Dumbell Side Bend as shown, is to use only one weight and do reps to that side, then switch sides. This eliminates the counter balance effect. But I don't know whether it is of much benefit. When I did this, it seemed to cause more issues with my low back and therefore I stopped doing it. Another alternative for the triceps is the pushdowns, but you need an apparatus to do that. I do and have done that exercise and it seems to be very effective in growing the triceps. Perhaps because when the muscle is stretched, it is fully loaded with the weight. The good morning is a low back killer and I would avoid it.
