  1. this is so weird, why are training exercises like cardio machines, burpees (or rather flopping on the ground, forget about form), lunges part of a competition?

    Do a hard OCR or Strongman, but there you can't cheat your way through I guess

  2. Doing my first Hyrox in Feb., does anyone know if the sled weight is the total listed on the website or is it that weight PLUS whatever the sled weighs? I am trying to get an idea of how much weight I should be putting on for training. It appears the women are pushing (4) 25kg plates in this video which is about 220lb. So I assume we have to add the sled on top of that which is probably another 80 to 100lbs I am guessing?
