so basically i bought a phone mount from a brand named crest (https://www.crest.com.au/products/universal-bike-phone-mount-lockable) and lost the nut which goes on the thing that tightens it to the bars. i had a little look at the website but it seems that i cant order replacements. any help? (im only 13 so i cant do things like drive to a hardware store which im now realizing sounds stupid because i have a bike). i lost it under my deck which is about half a metre deep. (i also contacted crest and am awaiting a response)
