Just started smoothing and reshaping this shimano XTR m952 rear mech last night. A long way to go before I start to polish. There were a couple questions about process when I posted the 105 derailleur the other day so I'm trying to do a better job of taking progress pictures. I'm planning to do the matching front derailleur as well.
