I am always amazed at what people see as garbage. This was left at the shop I work with the intention of being thrown out. I decided to strip it down and re build it. The bike was largely covered it surface rust and had lots of mold and organic gunk growing on it.

I polished all the parts, replaced a few pieces and laced some campy hubs I had lying around to the pre existing rims after I resurfaced them.

There is a whole article about these "Cambio" frames that is fairly interesting but the brief is that they were imported from the 80s from Italy and had some fairly decent features and house branded parts. This one is one of the earlier models that uses Columbus tubing still. The frame has acquired a beautiful patina with age that hasn't completely fouled the finish and I am happy with the results.
