I thought United did a hell of a job in keeping the shape but not just going into the Arteta block for 90 minutes. 50-50 possession at the Etihad and having the better midfield, as well as limiting them to pretty much only one chance (a deflection, at that) showed some huge progress for United. Of course, the biggest story from this derby is that City is currently dreadful and pathetic, but Amorim and United deserve lots of credit, too.

As a goalkeeper myself back in the day I have tried to explain how ridiculous that save is. And they don't get it. They all go this De Gea double save was better, or this speccy to the top corner is better… but keepers know…
Headers that are point blank and low down especially from a corner are the most difficult thing ever. Zero reaction time, no opportunity to make any pre movement or spread… just pure world class reactions. Absolutely insane.
