Hi Matteo, Very nice to see your races ! is it a fair remark that you have to decide to transition from bike to run just a little bit faster to not be entirely stuck ? (i know, its easy for me to say from the sideline based on onboard footage).

You were out of breath from the first run. You did well to keep in touch as long as you did. Your transition from bike to run and back became very slower as the race went on. I wondered what was wrong. Then I read the comments. That explains all. Hoping you are 100% recovered for the next event.

probably the better option to not hurt yourself before the UCI race, i think you made the correct choice since you weren't feeling well.
