So I have a Surly Wednesday that I got as my first fatbike. It's a hoot to ride, but it's been well loved and the components are pretty basic.
I feel like I want to upgrade most of them, but the cost seems too much vs. say a new Sala Heyday that's for sale at like $1,100.
I can sell the Wednesday to an interested buyer for what I paid, so I'd break even on it. Just not sure the best option.
