It's the side without the cable.
It's removed by using a proprietary tool in those holes near the axle (turquoise).
I cracked mine trying to remove it.
I'm sure most ppl are going to tell me to take it back for warranty. But I can't. I bought it second hand and it's long since out of warranty. Unfortunately.
I appreciate this is probably quite unlikely but hoping someone knows of somebody who services these (outside of the Brompton dealer network*) that may gave spares.
*From my understanding all servicing on the motors is done in house at Brompton and all workshops in the dealer network just send them back to Brompton hq. I don't think the even let dealers have the tool.
