Join me on a 42km long run, early on a Saturday morning as I leave Swansea, head for Morriston, up to Llansamlet, over to Skewen, down into Neath, over to Briton Ferry and Baglan before braving it down Fabian Way and back into the City Centre.
I have a bit of a rant about running shoe manufacturers in the middle as well.
