Bauer Step Through Cruiser – Info Request – Made in Germany?

Hi all, a few weeks ago I posted a this with not so good pictures (eg. non-drive side). I overhauled all the bearings and now rides super smooth. Does anyone have more info on this bicycle and it’s value?
