I arrive in Tses, in Namibia, in Africa.
As there are no guest houses in Tses, I have to sleep in the catholic church of the village. The Father running the church welcomes me very nicely, and after settling in my religious room, I go to buy some groceries with 2 lovely kids of the church.
The next day, I ride to Keetmanshoop, where I meet some very friendly and funny locals. Later on, as I go to try a bit of street food, I have a very weird interaction with a woman working at the local market.

  1. In South Africa, buy yourself pepper spray for self defence and dont stop at anybody in secluded places or near informal settlements. Ask for direction from.police Cover your goods at the back. Travel during the day. We do not have tribes in South Africa but 12 languages. Do not use the word tribe here. All traditional dances are cultural, not tribe

  2. " Ah! You don't sleep,you have to push and pull"😂😂😂
    "Your working on time"
"20 minutes to three exactly you are a good driver "
    😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

    Beautiful conversation ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

  3. You reached 260K 🎉🎉🎉 those two boys were so adorable, when you offered them juice they took the big bottles 😊probably they never had a chance to purchase that size of the drink. You are so kind to stop on the road and talk to people ❤ good luck from 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦

  4. I'm one hundred percent sure the lady who asked for a sausage was joking, just some sort of initiating conversation, I don't believe she literally meant it. Kenyans we are still following, can't wait for the next adventure, thanks Yves

  5. Takeaways from the video: First, the guy who promised to make a call to the Father where you needed to wait for him at the parking lot; second, the Father himself, a very polite guy; third, the two intelligent boys in the church. Last but not least, I was also impressed by the landlord in Keetmanshoop. That old man was great.

  6. Yves I understand your anger the way some people drive – I cycle around a city in Ireland and some will litterly drive me off the side of the road because there going so fast it’s very annoying !!

  7. We in Africa love to talk😅. This is something in our body’s genes. It is nice that you accept this because Europeans do not like to talk a lot.

  8. Such well mannered boys ! Intelligent and with alot of dreams ! God bless them I pray Rodrigo will travel the world and may God's Glory shine through his life ! So sweet, appreciative and humble boys !

  9. Namibia is way safe. Please be careful as soon you reach the south african border. Always look like you know where you going even when you don't. On the road is a little better in terms of safety but as soon as you about to approach cape town it is becoming to be more unsafe. But God will carry you through. Be safe and enjoy .

  10. Watching here from Denmark no sun in days whatsoever. I really enjoy seeing clear sky and the sun. Also a big shout out to those tho nice gentleman offering you drinks. Those two kids are so nice to meet. Btw: whats up with those people standing by the roads in the middle of nowhere?
