I would live in it yes, in fact i lived in a much worse one in Paris for three years, now I soend my life cleaning a big house and storing clutter. I miss the freedom tiny apts give you, I am building a tiny house myself for that reason
I’d live here- in Tokyo you just need a quiet place to sleep and shower
So i dont actually find the overall apartment that bad but the toilet and shower is awful
