      Soldiers were safer in tanks & APCs since WW II, but since 2022 that's history. They are instant, prioritized targets now, that a man can casually destroy with a TOW missle almost 3 miles away, when the tank crew would never be able to see him at half the distance. Even up close one soldier with a shape charge could blow a 74 ton M1A1 to kingdom come, and an RPG can blow the track off and immobilize it.
      We see the biggest, toughest, meanest tanks turned into toast today by 2 or 3 Drones, or the bargain one $500 Drone in the hatch of a multi-million dollar Bullseye. You will be the first to die in Assaults, like nobody on a scooter, motorcycle or bicycle will. Drones are your lesser worry, mines are huge, and if you see a 155mm, 6 inch Artillery shell with your Vehicle in the way run the other. You are far better off as one man of many on two wheels, each of All Y' need one of those same $500 drones, and be chosen to take it on top of that, when there can be more tempting tardets to choose from than the guy away from the others.
      Bicycles and MCs were used brilliantly in the Nazi Blitzkrieg. The Viet Cong moved all their ammo, fresh AKs, food etc on bikes. SEAL raids are planned around them, letting Helicopter drop off teams with bikes away and unnoticed, and silently cover territory to Attack.
      See one tank blow so bad the massive, cast Armour Turret shot 100 feet into the sky, and you'll know why you want to be away when it happens. Generals catch on sometime, usually after most of the men they sent into battle are Dead.
