Life Cycle UK teamed up with Professor Brian Hoyle and the team at Ultracane to offer blind and visually impaired cyclists in Bristol the unique opportunity to ride a solo bike independently. The Ultrabike uses sonar technology found in bats to allow visually impaired riders the opportunity to feel obstacles ahead of them, allowing them to cycle independently in a controlled environment.
