This is the moment a bomb planted in an electric scooter blew up a top Russian general accused of masterminding the use of chemical weapons in Ukraine.

I find it more interesting at them basically saying you can replace the battery with explosives, If they had replaced the battery with say plastic explosives or another explosive material…..which would be in the thick base of the scooter…..Why is it still intact? why is the top half or near the whole thing basically intact if it was the explosive device and not something else like a package next to it?
