Welcome to Riding Heidelberg! 🚴👋
In this series, I will take you with me on various rides around Heidelberg. Together, we are going to discover the Rhein-Neckar region, Odenwald, Kraichgau, the famous Bergstraße, and more. In doing so, I hope to share what I consider one of the great cycling regions with the good folks of YouTube.
We start episode #01 with an easy 40 km loop. From Heidelberg we go south to Sandhausen where we enter the forest called “Schwetzinger Hardt”, ride a fun bit of singletrack, briefly go by the famous Hockenheim Ring race track, have a bit of fun in the mud, and return via the open fields between Oftersheim and Heidelberg.
