The story of tour663k. My solo charity cycle from Canterbury to Malta. Covering 3017km through 6 Countries in 39 days. An insight into life on the bike, enjoy the video!

Raising money for Marie Curie Cancer Care to remember My Grans Nannie and Mave, Aunty Olwen and Great Aunt Joan. Thank you. Such Incredible and inspiring people, you are sadly missed.

A huge thank you to everyone involved and who donated! especially to Cerys and family for supporting my crazy idea!

I would also like to thank the sponsors Robert Chapman and Company, Urban Cyclery, Mumbles Coffee and BackCountry Biking. Thank you for saying yes when so many said no. Without your belief and support the tour would never of happened.

And finally thank you to everyone who has donated to Marie Curie Cancer Care. A fantastic cause, thank you for everything you do!

Donations are still being taken through just giving for Marie Cure Cancer Care, link below.

  1. An amazing trip and an amazing video. I might be doing a trip like this next year but can't find an itinerary for Italy could you maybe help me a little ?

  2. Hi Alasdair, Very inspiring especially for someone who has never undertaken or planned such a journey all on your own.  I know all your family and friends and the  recipients of your good deeds  are indeed very proud of your achievement.
Great video – Take good care….

  3. Great video, how did you get on with your Cinelli? I have one myself and will be planning a few trips next year. I was wondering if you swapped any of the standard kit or made any upgrades?

  4. Thanks for the reply, work and family commitments mean that I'm a bit restricted in what I can do tbh. Planning on doing the coast to coast in May on a camping trip and a few days in northern France staying in budget hotels. I'd like to do St Malo to Bilbao along the coast of western France but that'll need to wait til I have more time.
