I said it when they first showed the plans for it. It will be an accident hot spot and someone, probably a cyclist or pedestrian will be seriously injured or even killed. Lots of car bumps aswell. Absolute madness from a bunch of people out of touch with the real world
It’s called ‘Dutch’ for a reason. The Dutch have a completely different driving/road culture to us, so why in the hell are SCC thinking the Dutch culture will work within the UK driving/road culture?
I'm there regularly, I cycle around Sheffield all the time and the conversion to single lanes has caused more congestion, well its going to do isn't it 😂
