Stayed at the Okeover Arms, Mapleton, Derbyshire. Rode out to Ashbourne to get some spares for one of the bikes. Then started the trail at the Ashbourne Tunnel uphill for 11 miles on the Tissington Trail to Parsley Hay. Then onto the flat High Peaks Trail to Longcliffe then downhill to Fenny Bentley and back onto the Tissington Trail back to Ashbourne then to the Okeover Arms. 39 miles round trip.
