Note: the price may well be attractive, but affordability is limited due to the variables such as; 1. visa (from UK), 2. language / cultural perspective, and lastly have a basic understanding of the legal system. IMHO.

There is work to be done in each of the houses BUT you are still getting a lot for your money! And they are habitable. In lovely rural countryside.
