This video shares a 20-minute full body flexibility routine for beginners to help you get moving and increasing basic levels of range of motion. It targets the upper body by mobilising the neck and spine, improving thoracic rotation and stretching the pecs. For the lower body, stretch the glutes, open the hip flexors, lengthen the hamstrings and more.

  1. Hi Tom, I'm beginning to stretch for the first time in probably 10 years. Do suggest I stick with V5 or go to other versions? I feel at my lowest point of mobility and range of my life – I'm a 53yr old male. Thank you.

  4. I do one of your routines daily. However with exceptionally tight hamstrings would you recommend 2x or more a day stretching? I've followed the hamstring routine too. Thanks!
