  1. I bought the book and it's great. Love the videos as I can follow along and stop to go back. I look forward to trying all the exercises. At age 70 this one really hit the spot. Thank you to all who produce these. Bea

  2. Thank you for these exercises. I have severe vestibular injuries. I have moved myself forward but these will help. No doubt I will find them tiring because it's my brain doing the work. Ah.

  3. Your exercises are superb. Beautifully presented. Fuss and drama free and gauged to a range of abilities. Also, and best, I love that you don’t seem to have a judgemental bone in your body. Such a relief to not be belittled because of inability to do an exercise ‘the hard way’. I love hearing you say ‘ if you can’t do this that’s ok do this instead’. Very encouraging.

  4. This really helps! I’m deaf and have a hard time with my balance because my ears don’t work properly. I’ve just tried a few and they are definitely challenging and really switch on core muscles. Will keep going with these, better than others I’ve used. Thank you Will for showing a safe way to do them too!

  5. I am 61 years old and train 3 times a week in the gym and I can lift a lot of weights and run fast, but balance is my weak point. This is also the reason that I always run on a treadmill and not on an uneven ground. I am surprised that your balance does not automatically improve by exercising! I will try your excercises.

  6. I lost the hearing in my left ear suddenly 3 years ago. I had to go to Physical Therapy for vertigo. We used a balance board every time I went. I bought one for home. I can easily stand on it now, but I still have vertigo constantly when walking or standing, although it is diminishing. I do balance moves everyday and lift weights every day. Walk 5 miles every day. 1 year ago I also had Cochlear Implant surgery. I have read that my eyes are trying to compensate for the lack of hearing in my left ear.

  7. Balance is a challenge for me. Has been most of my adult life. Getting older doesn’t help. I was diagnosed with Meniere’s in my late 20s and positional vertigo in my 40s. I have exacerbations of debilitating vertigo occasionally but 10:15 that is resolving somewhat. But these safe exercises should help me to improve on the aging part of my balance issues, at least, I would think. I’m going to work at it. Thank you‼️

  8. Wonderful, especially the chair movements. I'm not there yet but know plenty of people that can ONLY do chair movements so thank you for recognizing those folks! As always, super content, Will! Thank you, so grateful for your channel and appreciate you!

  9. Sorry Will, I am feeling a bit tipsy. Your videos are always very helpful to me. Please don't take my first comment on this video as an insult. Thanks.

  10. Wonderful exercises. As i age i find my balance is deteriorating and I'm going to use these daily to help retain my abilities because balance is absolutely necessary to prevent injury during my favorite adventures (dog walking, ebike and motorcycle riding, and scuba).

  11. Could you please do a video about the most effective exercises for strengthening and building muscle on the inner thigh. Our local gym does not have any machine specifically for that. Thanks for your great content!

  12. 9:12 There are many practices in India that, on the face of it, appear ridiculous. The circumambulation of the temple, that is, the act of walking around the temple as a ritual is an example. Usually, women do this tightrope walk around the temple. The benefits – good balance and grace of movement in normal walking.
