In this new POV drive we discover the EX30, the smallest electric SUV Volvo produces, and it looks really cute in this Cloud Blue with the black roof and the big aero wheels. No more grille up front, but still the ‘Thor’s Hammer’ headlights to remind us of the Volvos from the past.
This baby Volvo is also one of the most powerful Volvos ever produced, with a peak power of 442 hp sent to the 4 wheels!
Inside we find a lovely minimalist cockpit with a lot of recycled fabrics and Google Automotive based infotainment system with a crisp and responsive 12.3″ touch screen and all the great Google apps like Assistant and Maps.

Im a Volvo guy, but this interior is just awful.
If they would make a new generation EX40 with the same design ethos, but more roomy back seats, slightly better materials and a HUD, I think it would be very compelling for families

The priority for Volvo Cars is the constant improvement of the customer experience. From now on, the owner's interaction with the new electric EX30 will become even easier starting with software version 1.3, all the information the driver needs, as well as full control of the car's functions, will be in Ukrainian
The owner will be notified of any available software update on the central display and in the Volvo EX30 mobile application. The notification will show the estimated time it will take to install the update, as well as information about its completion. To install the latest software updates, you need to allow them to be installed in the car settings, or contact an authorized Volvo dealer.
(A Volvo dealer may charge a fee to install software updates if the installation is not included in the repair or service contract. After installing the software update, the vehicle's functions may vary depending on the market and specification)
Stop scratching everything with your nail
There is only the sound bar, not 9 speakers. Wish they had made the lining of all the storage rubberised if not a soft felt-like material. Things gonna rattle horribly in there.

The Volvo EX30. 2026 will for sure have the headup display. I believe so. But it’s just fine without it also for 90% of the people. Great car. I have had Tesla s and Tesla y but the ex30 is the best car I have ever owned. Truly great build quality. Can you make a video like this of the Polestar 4 or Polestar 3❤
