creaking sound on left crank

Chainring bolts are tightened , the 2 screws that hold the cranks toghether are tightened.

All threads , the axel and tapered ends are greased properly before installation.

I did install the bottom bracket and the cranks myself after deep cleaning them yesterday and there were no creaks . After riding in the rain for 30 minutes today it starts creaking loudly on the left and some minir creaking on the right when force are applied.
