EuroVelo 4, the Central European route, winds its way through the Czech Republic as if it didn’t want to miss a single part of the country. The straight route through southern Poland, on the other hand, is comparatively short. I have to finish my cycle tour in Tarnow for the time being. But soon Ukraine will (officially or unofficially) be part of the EU. Then it’s onward to Kiev.
