  1. Takes me back to my days as a YTS at Watford FC. Constant running little ball work!. Got a stitch running back to Vicarage Road. My dad pulled up in his black London taxi threw the door open I dived I. The back head first. Dropped me at the ground. First batch of runners come past I tagged onto the back after hiding behind a wall. Heard my name called assistant manager 😩. It ended up with more running up and down the stands! Moral of the story don’t join Watford if you don’t like running.

  2. I think that he will fit right in at Utd as a former Leeds captain that has also coached City's age group squads. Additionally, his stint under former Reds legend Dalglish should come in handy too. After all, the this century has seen so many Utd players with allegiances to Leeds/Liverpool and Man City.
