  1. Hello. Can you make a video on how to get out of burnout if you are already in it? I did a an Xtri in August and 2x in September immediately after and I am SO burnt out. I want to get back into triathlon but I can't get rid of the peripheral fatigue.

  2. I personally stopped focusing so much on barbell squatting and deadlifting and do other variations now. It has helped my previous nagging injuries that I’d always have return and I just feel better overall.

    It took me a long time to give up the “SBD” mentality but then I realize I don’t compete in powerlifting so why am I doing this to myself.
