    I took a Jet2 FLIGHT from ALICANTE to LEEDS into the UK’s WORST STORM in YEARS! We were TRAUMATISED! Storm Bert wreaked havoc on our journey back to Leeds Bradford Airport from Alicante in Spain. The entire passengers on board the Jet2 Flight were terrified.

      54:54 Pringles are the worst crisps ever, not just on whether they are over-processed (which they are), but also from the point of view of flavour and mouth feel. I don't even like the identical disks in the tube. Probably made from potato starch squirted under high pressure into a row of heated slits. I only eat Kettles or Tyrrells hand-cooked crisps.

      We went to Hyde park London winter wonderland during that storm it was pre booked as my kids are special needs etc ALN organised it. We went up on the biggest portable big wheel in the world it was a Disney one. Oh my god it was swaying and my youngest who has no fear was swinging our cabin I’m like noooo 😂😂😂😂.       My days of taking these short excursions abroad are over. I can't stand being herded about like cattle and shoved around from pillar to post. You are welcome to it, Lee, it is definitely not for me.

      It's time you got your own private jet Lee, a man of your standing deserves one and you would have comfort, little bit of privacy, little bit of silence….just like driving your own car. Treat yourself, it's nearly Christmas…..

      Female pilots = dumbing down to meet diversity targets. Watch how women react in stress/panic situations. No way would I trust a woman to be able to cope in an extreme situation. Watch how a woman drives a car. They just don't have the physical command of the machine.

      Think you were lucky Lee we were on the same time flight on Saturday and were delayed 3hours due to storm Bert .On the plus side jet2 gave each a £5 voucher for light refreshments hoho big deal in an airport. I looked at the festive sandwich on the fight so pleased I didn't buy one .

      All the staff with Jet2 are very nice as are the aircraft personnel unlike some other airlines I could mention. Your face when you had a little bit of turbulence was a picture. You a seasoned traveller too !

      Not a sideways landing so seemed a reasonable flight
      expect the bumps thats what makes a flight enjoyable a big bonus though is a last minute go around.
      Jet2 have to be one the best low cost carriers in Europe especially as they are noe slowly replacing those really old aircraft.

      Just a we bump or ten lol nothing too worry about me n wife flew into Dublin in thunderstorms 2002 plane an Airbus A330 300 dropped 500 feet in seconds now that's rough turbulence Lee 😅😅

      I see that from tomorrow, all entrants to Spain will have to provide passport numbers, details of where you are staying and how the trip was paid for! Can't see that working efficiently..

      Is it just me Lee or are duty free not really any cheaper than the regular shops these days .
      And the airport food and drink is always more expensive than the local takeaway .

      Personally Lee, I prefer to get up in the morning and go. Once the holiday is over, theres no point hanging around all day for no reason.

      Had some dreadful turbulence coming back from thecStates once. My little daughter asked if we were going to die. The guy sitting next to her was watching us awaiting my reply. I just said, "probably not" as I wasn't entirely certain myself. But we did live to tell the tale.
