my videos take a long time because of all the research to get as much information as i can and FOI requests take time. I’m waiting of the results from a FOI request’s and then ill be making more video’s i don’t want to just go and look for a reaction.

Firstly all PCSO's are a complete waste of taxpayer money. There is a policy with all police forces about not wearing reflective glasses and must take them off address members of the public. Secondly his should listen to her complaint before butting in all the time. She should put in a complaint about his conduct to the station and the IOPCC for investigation.

PCSO 6276 is an American wannabe cop, he didn't have to remove his sunglasses when the lady asked him to politely do, but out of professionalism, courtesy and respect he should have.
A PCSO's role is to be a Community Liaison Officer and try and restore public trust, confidence and respect back within the Police Force, which unfortunately has up until now not been very successful and shown any real positive signs of change for the better.
This PCSO wasn't exactly the most professional and respectful towards the woman, he was ego driven, had a chip on his shoulder, seemed offended by her and was verbally defensive in his demeanor.
Sending a PCSO out to deal with a civil dispute over a parking bay space seemed like a waste of time to me, it's not as if this "Plastic" could really do anything to resolve the issue anyway.
Apart from gathering some information about the incident to be possibly looked into and followed up at a later time by a Uniformed Constable, that's about all this PCSO could have done under the circumstances.
There seemed to be threats to commit criminal damage allegations made by both parties, the neighbour who apparently was parking in this lady's bay and also by her as well.
Without the facts it's hard to tell who was telling the truth so I'm not going to speculate on the unknowns.

Great video boy, he didn’t have a chip on his shoulder. He had a whole chip shop. Before even talking to her, he’d made his mind up she was in the wrong. He was in the right that’s all that mattered from his point of view.. he said certainly not have been wearing sunglasses. Amongst other reasons. Not sure about PCSOs but police officers are not permitted to wear sunglasses whilst dealing with the public UNLESS the sunglasses are prescription.
