Recently acquired two bikes and need help deciding on which I should make as my everyday bike, I'll probably end up selling the other, the Trek is gonna take some work to get it in riding order but the Northrock seems to have no problems, I do live in Orlando and I ride pretty hard on the street, jumping on and off curbs as I traverse the sidewalks and roads in the area if that helps give you an idea.
