      I found this video really helpful for fixing an issue I had with my e-bike wiring and throttle. If you’re seeing error codes like 007 or 010 after installing a new thumb or wrist throttle, this could be your solution.

      The problem is that the pins in the connector might not be aligned correctly for your bike. The video shows how to remove the notch from the connector so you can rotate the connection and try different setups. By rotating it slightly and testing after each adjustment, you can find the correct configuration that avoids the error codes.

      I’m leaving this comment to help English speakers understand the video, since I had this same issue and struggled to find a solution. Thanks to the creator of this video for the clear explanation, and to the awesome people on Reddit who helped me find this video! I haven’t tested it yet, but based on the comments, it seems to work well.

      Important tip i got fron one of the comments: Be extra careful when trying this method because the ports inside the connector are more fragile without the notch, and they can break more easily. Just take your time and be gentle when connecting the pins.

      Bonjour, j’ai branché la gâchette aucun message d’erreur mais ne fonctionne pas, j’ai essayé de tourner comme dans la vidéo mais ne fonctionne toujours pas (je l’ai branché au niveau du connecteur qui est utilisé pour le phare) et j’ai réglé les paramètres 10p 3pas à 002. Je ne comprend pas la gâchette est défectueuse ?
