  1. Hi, Im considering a solo trip to Paris and Im a little worried about safety. Hence, I have no idea where to stay, any hotel recommendations / tips are appreciated. thank you 🙂 Love the vlogs!

  2. Another sponsor. I'm so glad you're leaning into the art scene and finding like-minded people.

Reiterate a suggestion: pick your favorite book. Read the your English version while listening to the French Audible version. Do this 4x . Then just listen to the French version when you go to bed. When you are doing chores. And when you are doing home workout.

Hopefully, by the time you get bored to rears, you'll listen to it and actually understand more French speech.

  4. Hi there, I just stumbled upon your site and truly enjoyed your content. I was also curious if it was a French series you watched at the end and what it was called? 🙂 I'm moving to Paris in December and I'm doing everything to learn French. It will be fun to continue watching your videos.

  5. Hey there, fellow girl who moved to Paris a few months ago and suddenly started having skin issues! One thing that really helped me was to stop drinking tap water (or filtering it) and to put a filter on your showerhead as well. I think the water here has a lot of chlorine, probably because the pipes in the city are so old. This has made such a difference for my skin and hair—they’re getting better again! Sending greetings from the 19e ! <3

  6. As a Parisian, may I suggest you to plan your outings? It helps fight the depression hivernale. Also, get a good comfortable pair of shoes that you don’t mind getting dirty, and that you can put on easily. Anything that helps getting out of the house as fast as possible before la flemme takes over is A MUST. Good luck!!

  7. Love your videos!!! I struggled with hormonal acne for 10 years (!!!) until I finally got a prescription for 150mg of spironolactone. I definitely recommend experimenting with dosage, because they like to start you off at 50mg and bring you up from there, but for me it has truly been a godsend. Sending you lots of love in this journey — please know your worth is not determined by your skin!

  8. Most of your daily needs of water are already met by eating (unless you're that one person who only eats dry food). You don't need to drink gallons of water.
Europeans don't use large cups or bottles because it's totally unnecessary.
Americans do because of a widespread misconception, because they eat much more processed heavily salted food and because of dried air ( air conditioning).

  9. can’t believe this is what people focus on instead of reading something like Magnetic Aura by Takeshi Mizuki, maybe that’s why so little ever changes

  10. I moved to France – in the south, and I can tell you, I bought some apples and was starving so I was eating one while walking – the looks I got!
