Hub sounds stops for a moment every spin

I just had a bike shop install a new wheel for me on my hardtail (Shimano MT500). Now the hub stops making the ratchet noise for a small time every spin. I mentioned this to them and they said there's nothing wrong with it and this can be normal for a microspline hub. What would cause this? Should I beconcerned at all? Is that hubnot engaging for that moment when the noise stops?
