So, I went out flying in my local park, and apparently a lady who says she is a "councillor" says I can't fly on the recreation ground as there is a by-law preventing it… But there are no flight restrictions,could she be telling the truth or can I fly where I want? And can I take off from the council ground if said by-law is in place?

They actually close the grounds every few months for an entire day for a culling of the deer, so the gentleman in the beginning wasn't actually accurate saying it's only closed on Christmas and New years, as the WHOLE grounds are closed off during the culling.
🙁 they do this to keep the population of the deer down.
There is a lot of problems with people getting to close to the deer and taking selfies, someone was attacked by a stag a few months ago.
I have been locked in the grounds a few years ago by accident, pitch black and had to walk suuuuper slowly past a bunch of the deer and stags guarding the young ones, thankfully the final gate was unlocked!

You have to pay the to take photos? Do you have to pay to look at the building and remember it? The buggy is usually called a mule. Oh public band width on radio as well. Oh busted on the radio he didn't like that. But we'll done Chris you were fine. I get what he was saying with the animals they have great hearing and are very skittish. They just run fight or flight as a pray animal they tend to run. Well for having a herd of 400 as he said we only saw 2 so where are the rest? At least they have a safe home. Ill give this one a 6/10 some your not allowd others we cant stop you. A case of left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing. A meeting is called for i think so your all on the same page. I like your approach DJ, you start a dialogue, lead them into a trap and get the response and reaction. DJE uses rhe "I've got a drone" line to immediately antagonise. That's giving drone pilots a bad name because they're seen as being weaponised sadly. Waving it about like a batton.
