What does a person do if they are blind? (they can't use their eyes to help with balance)
Dynamic Balance is brilliant – that's exactly what we should when we train ; it makes so much more sense !
Great advice
Wobbling also helps our stabilizing muscles
Thank you for sharing
This looks good and very positive for me.
Will, Great!
Thank you, please.
Thanks, Will! Admittingly I kind of avoid the heel to tie walking simply because it's frustratingly hard to do without faltering on the first step. ai see that means I really need this exercise!!
Thanks a lot for the exercise! ☀️🙏
Thanks Wil. Great balance exercises. David
I do this and then walk backwards, but using a regular step. Thx Will
Great thanks
❤
Thank you Will,it really helps.
The police will ask you to walk heal to toe if they suspect you're drunk driving
Excellent stuff I teach an older client base and adding the dynamic aspect is crucial. Matt the pilates teacher
Great advice finally someone who cares about us the over 50 😊
This exercise will also help if you are a drunk driver. The cops use this one for the field sobriety test. LOL
So important – could mean the difference between breaking or not breaking your bones with a fall. Wish I had known all this when my gran, mom and aunts were alive. Now, all I can do is try and practise for myself. Thanks a ton!
