Unfortunately as someone who has some grounding in eastern spiritual traditions I keep hearing too much about egotistical which in Sanskrit is term one's Ahamkara which literally means the I maker which is what the ego actually is! So sadly while what Dr Bullard is saying sounds great it – at least to me – sounds way too much like I want these spiritual "things" rather than I only desire to transcend the my Ahamkara/ego desires and merge my being into universal oneness! Namaste 🙏
