That hill is very possible. Here in Missouri hill climbs are so steep and narrow ain't no turning around midway
He can't hit it faster because of the transition angle.

Its possible. You have to be a gear lower and actually hit it with purpose.

3rd gear Start from bottem!
More momentum (momentum is everything, you can ALWAYS downshift from 4th-3rd-2nd near top but you need a 4th gear approach at top of near powerband or tickling the powerband)
I'd make it.
Hit the bottom fast about 1/2 throttle, kick down one and roll into fairly hard (control spin), and walk it up on the powerband.
You should pinned that throttle wide that's how we get up high walls on stripe mines.

Stand up and lean forward.
You have to go bonsai and it's possible . Be ready to downshift at the top so you don't fall off the power band .
You'd'a made it if it hasn't got crazy bumpy near the top. I'd have to see it in person to know if I'd try it myself. I'd hold off till you smoothed out that bumpy part though. First time I noticed what the KTM fender resembles from a certain angle 😂
You need to hit that hill flat out in 4th then tap it into 3rd halfway up, get over the bars and pin it 😁 Watch out for the vertical drop on the far side 😮

Doing hillclimbs you should be standing, and your chest almost touching the bars. Gotta keep enough weight forward to not loop but drive your weight through the rear wheel. This looks like straight sugar though
