  1. Thank you for doing this. Great idea. I highly recommend Rachel D up in the midlands. Lovely lady, serious athlete & quality videos – road & trail. Impressive swimmer too 🏊🏻‍♂️

  2. Great Video Stephen. Very kind of you to highlight these other channels. I knew some, but not all. See you at the shakeout run in Chamonix later this month. (assuming you're going?) You've no idea who I am, but we met briefly last year.. 🙂

  3. Rich “Rich Kebble” Kebble and Al Pepper are absolute weekly treats. Rich the Sith to balance Al’s Jedi.
Nick Nick is just epic. I could listen to her all day on YouTube or the excellent With Me Now podcast.

  4. Such a great thing for you to do, this will certainly help them on their way to getting seen by more people, some great videos to watch. Raleyadventures are family 😊 I'm even in a couple 😂 thank-you

  5. Now it's not just because they're from the north that they are so likable Nicola and Al are genuinely lovely people. I find their content so relaxing as their voices project 'loving life'. Some day I honestly don't know how they do it.
D Mills is almost like watching a live action video game, which can be hilarious…but way outside my reach regards speed.

  6. I follow Al and Nicola already, they’re both fab. Met Al at Ultra X Scotland, he’s a top guy ❤ Running Britain (Claire) I enjoy, she’s covered a number of Ultras and gives you a good idea of what to expect. 👍🏼

  7. I'm from USA. USMC veteran. Learned Kenyan shuffle in 1982 at basic training, originally called The Marine Corps Shuffle! We use "call and repeat" cadence. I'm 61 now, running my 15th half marathon in last 17 years. That's what I do to train, plus some fartlek's mixed in. I heard that the UK military services don't use "call and repeat" when doing unit runs. Why so?

  8. No love for ultra-running documentaries? About to release my 13th full-length doc next week with three more already filmed and will all be premiered before the end of this year.
